Here is a conversation I had with eCogra concerning Bella Vegas.

This gist of my question:  Is Bella Vegas a member in good standing?

Answer:

Dear Sam,

I can confirm that Bella Vegas is an eCOGRA Approved site and that if you have any dispute with the casino you are welcome to submit a dispute form at www.ecogra.org/disputes

Kind Regards,

Tex

I then told him of my status here and asked if I could post his e-mail and he said OK.

Comments?

Hi 1974  Wink

Casinomeister would be my place to start, there are a lot of casino representatives at the forum & a lot of people check any disputes that are happening.....

The representatives attempt to solve any problems quickly, they know potential customers are looking & they WILL want to avoid any bad press.

As for eCogra I'm unsure how much "power" they have, from what I have read some "dodgy" casinos get the eCogra trademark to make them look more trustable.

Good luck in your quest..... Thumbs up Thumbs up

BTW welcome to the forum & I hope you find what your looking for....... Cool

Hey guys.  I can't get in on any Microgaming Wheels.  I complained to them and they said there was no problem on their end (although one said (BellaVegas) the Live Games server had been down most of the week.

*Betinternet*--look out! They took $50 from me.  When I asked where it was, they told me they "didn't know where it was"

Two Live Wheels I want to add.  BetPhoenix (American Wheel) minimum bets $1 inside, $10+ outside, and ItsReal.com European Wheel (Credit to Xman) $5 inside bets minimum.

Hi guys,

New to your forum so thanks for having me.   Will declare from the outset that I am a live casino portal owner.  Not here to spam, just shed some light if I can on this topic.

Big picture. . .

Full list of live casinos offering roulette is a fast moving target presently as the industry seems to be growing exponentially.   Currently at least 11 different platform providers are licensing live deal products to well over a hundred casinos.   Roulette is a standard offering of almost all platform developers (roulette, blackjack, baccarat the standard offering).   The majors (Microgaming, Playtech) are aggressively entering this space so a growing list of their licensee casinos have adopted the live dealer modules.   Also a growing list of specialist live dealer 'pure plays' are emerging.    Here's a  snapshot of the platforms and some of their casinos. . . .

Playtech (European dealer studio games) - William Hill, BetFred, Eurogrand, Europa etc
Playtech (Asian dealer studio games) - bet365, Mansion, Casino. com etc
Microgaming - 32 Red, Platinum Play, Royal Vegas, Canbet, Riverbelle etc
CWC Gaming - CasinoWebCam
Vuetec - Dublinbet, LuckyLiveCasino etc
Evolution Gaming - 888. com, Unibet, Victor Chandler, Expekt, BlueSquare, Ladbrokes etc
Entertasia - Bodog88 and a whole bunch of Asian facing casinos
VIG - blackorchid, celticcasino etc
Proprietory 'forTV' games - Supercasino, Smart Live
Proprietory other - Betphoenix, Bogart

For those interested in live roulette for US players, Betphoenix and Bogart offer double zero and take UseMyWallet.   They're Costa Rica licensed, which is pretty much the Wild Wild West as far as licensing jurisdictions go so recourse in the event of a dispute is non-existent.   But their online reputation is sound thus far.

Hope this helps
cheers

(I'm the customer service rep for Celtic Casino.  I'm not here to spam, but to share info about live games. )
Here are some places I've played at that I would add to the list:

Visionary iGaming: CelticCasino , BlachOrchidCasino

I would also add PaddyPower to Evolution Gaming list.    They have some impressive graphics as well (I have to admit it)

LuckyLiveCasino is also another Vuetec (Distance Gaming) site as well.

bluesquare and casinotv also offer live roulette, but I haven't played there yet.

SuperCasino (previously liveroulette.  com) should also be on the list.
