If some one would show some one then he or she just date the files from random org and add strict rules towards how to play - no need for public test.

Is that $25 USD, or $25 AUD? 

US Dollars - the are nearly worthless so I have lots of them.  Maybe by the time I award the $25 you can use 25 $1 bills to start your BBQ or fireplace on a cold night.

Seriously, I would agree normally.

I do see that mechanical rule based systems should be able to win under both conditions, real wheel and RNG.

But the pivotal point for the system I am developing for this challenge is that the wheel/dealer can only ever miss my bet by 1 pocket, no matter what I bet or how much, the wheel/dealer/random has a vey small margin of error.

That's the plan anyway...

Normally a strategy has no mechanical rules.It is very difficult to explain a complicated strategy.Statistic and mathematical rules are part of my strategy.I will not proof to have a winning strategy but there are forummembers ,who are curious.They are wellcome to watch a demonstration.
