I have played william hill recently and noticed some thing that happens all too often. I can't prove they cheat but one thing i noticed is that when i am winning big i get a message pop up that says bet's not accepted as i have run out of time to get the bets down. The weird thing is when i am loosing this never happens. I would bet my last dollar that they do this on purpose .  I have seen the same happen at gala casino too.

they don't consider it a cheating. i asked them they replied me that they have right to reject any bets they want.
i guess it is like a "stop loss" for them. When they see u get too lucky with certain bets they just don't accept them.
but u can place other bets. So let's say u r lucky with winning dozens today, u win and win. at certain moment they don't want u to continue on your lucky wave, they tell u: bet differently now.

is it cheating or not? i sure don't like it but we have to live with it

xman1970

that doesn't sound v legal to me Iggiv  ??? ???

was the conversation via "support chat" or do you have an email with them stating this ??

Thanking you in advance for your reply  :good:

& I think WH have a £20,000 limit table ? So in theory they could stop your bets in middle of a huge progression  :diablo:

Iggiv,

What those   on-line  casinos   are doing is exactly what we are doing: " knowing when to decide to get up" Which in this case  means  not accepting  bets that might hurt their bottom line.

SOLUTION: Shun those  on-line traps. Go to a  B & M Casino.   OR...........Just nibble  on the cheese .

HAPPY WINNINGS!!!

if you play in a casino or online is there any difference. if you can make winning bets then go to the casino no bets will be refused. if you are winning big they want you to keep playing .

Nathan Detroit

The  B & M casinos  know that time  is on their side no matter how much you win. Eventually  Fortuna will ask back what she  has given.

In the meantime take  what you can.

They can reject your wager any time????  WTF?

I would immediately cash out and never come back.

I don't believe I've ever heard of any casino do that, or at least admitting to it!!

That is a 100% Red Flag Warning as far as I'm concerned.

The bottom line is online casinos can do anything to ENSURE they profit. Other than have a winning strategy, the only way to be able to consistently profit is to remain undetected.

guys, all playtech casinos have this as their rules. and not only playtech. and I am sure any land casino can do it legally as well. the difference is that because land casinos are more "publical" they try to avoid scandals. but basically they can reject any player to place any wager and ban anyone for any reason or no reason. am I not right?
well, in some countries the laws are more strict and they can't do it. but basically in many countries including US they can do it.

yes, Nathan and Steve, u r right

And did the person in question "breach the Terms of Use"?

Obviously they can and should reject any wagers or transactions if you've "breached the terms of use" but to simply reject a wager for no apparent reason is not the way it's written.

I agree with ADulay.  That langauge is so vague.   I've talked to someone who used to be a pit boss, and banning someone is so gray.  If you tip them well enough, then a casino will be less likely to ban you.

iggiv

" I've talked to someone who used to be a pit boss, and banning someone is so gray. "

can u please explain what u mean by "gray"?

that's a trick. they won't even tell u did u breach or not. they have another excuse which is called "transaction wasn't successful". That's within rules u see. if u don't wanna mess with it don't play playtech casinos.

TheFalcon

It's not a hard or fast rule to ban someome
