Look at the number before 0.

So in this example the number 3.

Dear Kingspin,
I have some questions for you Sir, in the above method does it mean we only need to wait for number 3 or number 5 to come then we bet accordingly? Can u explain this method more clearly? Thanks very much. BTW does this method really make money when playing on any roulette wheel including both land based roulette and online roulette? I live in New Zealand and our casino has both land based and machine roulette called Vegas Star, do u know does this method still works in New Zealand Casino. Thanks very much.
