automated shuffling shoe?

hello everyone!i am new here and really like the site:)
i have a question about card counting.i haven't visited many casinos but th 2 biggest in my counrty work like that with blackjack-after each hand the dealer puts the cards again in the shoe which i i am not sure but seems that suffles the cards.its a 4 deck game

Well you can't count cards conventionally, but you can still get an edge.  I make a good bit playing blackjack and all you need to do is play logically.  If you have a 15 lets say and the dealer has a 7, your suppossed to hit until you have atleast 17, but if the player in front of you hit 4 times and had all low cards, I would stay with your 15 because odds are the next card is a value of 10 and you'll bust.  Most people at the table will complain and say your stupid and if they lose will blame it on you  lol but I personally would rather atleast have a shot at the dealer busting rather than me hitting pretty much knowing I will lose.  It works for me, good luck!  Also take some risks with doubling down and splitting, thats where the money is, double down on 9's and split low pairs depending on what the dealer has!
