In Jerek's case, Jerek is telling, not asking, Bobby to pay him back. 

After you have asked a child time & time again to do something and they to not, eventually you have to TELL them......

And in PRINCIPLE what BobbyBobby has done IS theft....

Jerek's actions are perfectly understandable, your comments and mantra's are beautiful in theory Kimo Li but this is the real world.....

You can only state what you would do IF it happened, when it DOES happen, well that's a different thing...

I understand, in some cultures, Bobby would lose his hand.

I totally agree with you blackballing Bobby people are often judged by who they are associated with. So in this case that's no good to you at all

Because we have talk about this in the chat but still I can see why this has happen to you.
I understand that you are angry and any one would be if they had experience what you have experience.

It is not the first time you let some one play with your money and you told me that it went good with Mr X.
So I can see that you had the same expectation again but this time it did not went out so good as with Mr X.

Internet and trust is sensitive stuff and I think you made this misstake because you had a good experience from it in the past.
That made this situation easy go easy come for you.

I hope you will be more carefull in the future and I hope you can let it go and move on.

It seems that its not going to end well.It is a scam well done with evidence that make me believe a liar.On this screen shot,which transaction is dated 31st March 2009.According to bobby and he acknowledge this on this thread,it will take 3 workings then it didn't happen.Again there was tons of shit excuses from the bastardly man and he swear on his life that it will go thru on Tuesday 2pm,now its 5pm it.I didn't saw a cent in my bank account,I demand an explanation from Bobby.Where is the money?Where did it go?The transaction is already completed and it is clearly shown on the screen shot.Bobby says he doesn't know,so nowadays banks cheat people as well? this is really something new.I told him I had enough of him.let's meet up and and settle this,I ask him to name a place and time and I ensure him I will come alone.My reason for doing this is purely simple.Yes we have triads here in Singapore,quite a number in fact.They have their own turf and area of influence as well.I am giving Bobby the upper hand by letting him name a place,if he has any connections with such societies,the meeting place will be at their turf when they can amass their members and by going there alone I will be in great danger.I do know some powerful people as well out there mainly in the central part of the island.Then again triad people are reasonable people and they do not beat you up for no reason and in my case I am purely a victim.Triads do and also have a code of conduct to observe as they have a long tradition.Whack a person up for no reason and and if this person has connections with other triads as well,its smells blood.These people also do not want any trouble with the police

He is still buying time,I wanted to meet up with him tonight,his balls suddenly disappeared and ask for time to call the bank to find out what happen to the money.I do not think there is anything to find out,its either I already got my money and falsely accuse him or when someone stop the transaction halfway.

This is not my business but in your case I would show that screenshot to the bank and ask THEM where the money is.
If it is a fake they will tell you so.
If it is real they will probably explain why you have not got the money.

Hello mate,

I call my bank POSB and ask him how long does a interbank transfer take?
The answer is 3 working days
I also call Bobby's bank UOB and ask them the same question
The answer I got is the same 3 working days
Yeah then why the hell did the money not arrive?
Did it evaporate into the thin air?
Bobby can stop the transaction anytime within the time span of 3 days.
I did ask for cash from Bobby,I did not want any of these transfers carp as I know its buying time and true enough it was.
Now Mr Bobby excuse is he key in the wrong branch code.Isn't it ironic?
My last conversation is this,I do not wanna resort to any kind of violence to settle this while I have this option.
Bobby asks for more time till Thursday 5pm but I told him I want cash no other nonsense,he got my message.
I did ask for another request acknowledge this on VLS,he didn't want to.He said nobody will believe him,that goes without saying.
Who will believe a unreliable,irresponsible,story telling liar cum con artist?

Its 6.45pm here.Bobby has a new story,he is now buying a laptop on hire purchase and selling it off immediately to get cash to pay me.Oh my,he will lose a lot of money doing this,is he really that desperate?I thought he has applied for overdraft/loan something like that?Then he made a wrong transfer to the bank account and the money disappears.Now selling a laptop.......

Yes exactly,its really negative and it bothers the hell out of me.I do not care,I will pursue this all the way to the end.If I don't get my money,I want his limb.I do not like to resort to violence but seems like some people just don't get it and perhaps want to play hard ball.

There is no way to sell a laptop here for $2000,I am not in IT Business but I always buy 2nd hand IT stuff and the truth is I am using a top end Sony Vaio retailing at $3000 over dollars,Its only 6 months old in showroom condition and it only cost me $1500 from a 2nd hand dealer.

So Bobby thinks he can get $2000 using a lousy laptop,its stupid.Maybe he think I know nothing about computers and trying to pull a fast one on me.This is a good one,it could con almost anyone but not me as I buy 2nd hand laptops all the time.
